Questions garages often ask
Do I need to install anything?
No. VietGara runs in your browser: sign up, create your garage and start working the same day. Mobile apps for owners, technicians and customers are being finished.
Is my garage’s data safe?
Each garage’s data is fully separated from every other garage. Access follows roles, two-step sign-in is available, and important actions are logged. The servers are in Vietnam.
My parts list is in Excel. Can I move it over?
Yes. You can import your parts catalogue and barcodes from an Excel file instead of typing each line again.
How does the trial work?
Sign up with your e-mail or a Google account, create your garage and use every feature for 14 days, with no payment card. When it ends you choose a plan or stop.
What if my garage has several branches?
The Pro plan manages up to 2 garages and the Garage chain plan up to 10. Each garage has its own staff, stock and figures, and the owner sees them all.
